ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Bachelor's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	• Qualification: Minimum of BSC Degree in Civil Engineering. • Experience: Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in road Design Construction Projects as Pavement Material Engineer and Four (4) years’ experience as pavement /Material Engineer related to the scope of the assignment (Gravel, AC and Surface Treatment).
ልምዲ ስራሕ	5-10 years
