ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Bachelor's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	Qualifications: • Master’s Degree in Management, Leadership, Development or related discipline. • At least 10 years of senior leadership experience of which 5 years must be in NGOs and working directly with communities particularly women. • A thorough knowledge of development projects management, organizational leadership and management, partnerships, gender and women’s empowerment. • High proficiency in spoken and written English language and computer literacy.
