ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Master's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Gender, community development or another relevant discipline. • At least 6 years of senior project management experience in NGOs and working directly with women and girls. • A thorough knowledge of Gender programmes, Human Resource management, fundraising and proposal development, monitoring and evaluation and training. • Proficiency in spoken and written Amharic and English languages and computer literacy.
