መብርሂ	Hope WalksVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Program & Admin Assistant Summary of Duties and Responsibilities• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports• Develop and maintain a filing system• Book travel arrangements• Submit and reconcile expense reports• Generate reports and feed Program Data in to DMS• Handle multiple general services• Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies• Assist finance and Admin manager and other duties and responsibilities as per the JD
ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Bachelor's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	Job Requirement: • BSc or BA degree in Administrative Assistant, Business Administration or related field; • Minimum 1 year for BA on data and administration or support clerk or related field preferably in non-governmental organizations;’ • Proficient in Windows-based computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
