ተደላይይ ክእለት	Job Requirement: • MSc/BSc in International Business/ Business Administration or related fields. • 5/7 years of experience as a Business Dev. t Manager or similar/relevant role • Experience in leading business development team • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Excellent Leadership Skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Great communication and presentation skills • Ambitious, motivated to work under tight environmental conditions and result orientated. • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software and other relevant software • Enough experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
