Description	Debub Global Bank S.CVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Director, Marketing & Resource Mobilization Department Job Duties• The Marketing and Resource Mobilization Director is responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Bank’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, resource mobilization through an aggressive sales effort and public relations activities. The job holder is required to work with direction of VP, operations as well as taking own initiative without waiting for day-to-day guidance. He/she is responsible to conduct research on market potential of areas when the Bank’s branches are located and proposes target customer groups with regard to the Bank’s specific resource need.• The Director serves as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and handle activities related to brand building; Oversees the development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing, communications and public relations; Directs the efforts of the marketing, resource mobilization and public relations staff and coordinates with the other functions in the Bank mainly of operations to approach customers for sales.How to Apply• Application Deadline: 10 working days (May 27- June 07, 2019) starting from the date of announcement to Debub Global Bank S.C Human Resources and Support Services Dep’t P.O.Box 100743 Addis Ababa
