Description	Action for DevelopmentVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Public Health PromoterJob Summary: The Public Health Promoter will, among other things, be responsible for overseeing processes of community awareness raising on health & sanitation, Conducting training for the community, staff & LDs, production of IEC materials, Strengthening of WASH systems & structure, compiling data & conducting studies in his/her areas of assignment.- Quantity: One- Terms of Employment: Six month Contract- Duty Station: Negelle Borena - Guji Zone- Salary: As per the Organization’s scale
Educational Requirements	Bachelor's
Desired Skills	- Qualification: BSc in Environmental health, Nursing, Public Health or related fields. - Experience: Minimum of four years relevant work experience. Attitude & Attributes: • Proficiency in Verbal and Written English • Proficiency in standard application Software • Interpersonal Skills • Analytical Skills • Stress tolerance • Integrity & Accountability • Firm belief in team work and gender equity • Sensitivity to issues of safeguarding the vulnerable • Familiarity with NGO environment, the local culture, language & context is Advantageous
