| Description | Acute Engineering PLCVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Document ControllerDuties of the employee will be:• Set up, copy, scan and store documents• Create templates• Manage requests for documentation• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date• To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties• Manage the processes around documentation within the organization• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required- Required: 1- Place of Work: Head Office- Salary: Negotiable- Closing Date: 7 days after date of announcement |

| Desired Skills | Qualification and Work Experience: • Minimum of BSc in office management, secretarial science or related fields from recognized institution. Credible experience for minimum of 6 years in office management and document related works on projects. • The applicant should be proficient in writing and speaking of English as well as on usage of Microsoft programs like; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and knowledge of database processing software is a plus. • To all applicants experience on large construction project is a plus. In addition the applicants are expected to be self-organized and capable to perform independently. |
