Description	Pittards Products Manufacturing S.CVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Finance ManagerMajor Duties & Responsibilities • Own revenue and expense forecasting processes• Analyze financial variances, summarize those figures and provide a concise and meaningful narrative discussion of variances; be capable of communicating key messages to senior management• Build trusted relationships with key business partners and Finance / Accounting personnel• Propose resolution to complex /ambiguous problems, identify, and proactively peruse areas for process improvement• Produce weekly/monthly financial reports• Take the lead on reports and presentation requests- Place of Work: Addis Ababa- Salary: Negotiable
Educational Requirements	Bachelor's
Desired Skills	Job Requirement: • BA in Accounting • 7+ years of experience; manufacturing companies is preferable • Strong financial, business modeling and analysis skills; sound business judgment • Ability to sort through complex financial reports , translate and communicate them in a clear, concise manner • Ability to follow trends and forecast • Willingness to develop appropriate solutions and think critically, in a proactive and timely manner • Computer literate: Word, Excel and Peachtree accounting is must
