| Description | Hibret BankVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Deputy CEO, Strategy & TechnologySummary of Responsibilities:• Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the activities of the office of Deputy CEO, Strategy & Technology; Follows-up the proper implementation of policies and directives; Follows up the execution of strategic imperatives across the bank; Follows up the proper implementation of technologies, processes, policies and practices designed to protect the bank’s business; Ensures the smooth functioning of IT Services; Ensures the proper management of bank’s electronic medium’s transactions portfolio and relationships; Oversees the activities business units under his/her supervision.- Place of Work: Head Office- Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale |

OR • For B.Sc /BA, 3 years as Director, Strategy & Technology or equivalent or 21 years relevant experience in the banking industry of which a minimum of 5 years shall be in managerial position. |
