Description	GIZ SEQUAVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Organizational Capacity Building Expert Function/ Assignment in the Project:• Capacity assessment of the enterprise (strengths, weaknesses and other issues) to be verified by the capacity assessment report produced• Develop organizational strategic plan to be measured by strategic plan document• Develop human resource management and development manual to be measured by the HRM manual• Develop financial and non-financial resource management manual to be measured by the document• Training of enterprise management and staffs on the developed organizational manuals
Educational Requirements	Master's
Desired Skills	Requirement: • MA in Business Management, Organizational Leadership and related fields with at least 5 years hands on experience
Experience Requirements	5-10 years
