Must know about the route protocol, the TCP/IP protocol, the QinQ VLAN principle. Should be familiar with the voice relational protocol and the call flow. (Include H248 protocol and SIP protocol etc.); Be familiar with the fixed line relevant products from ZTE; Stronger trouble shooting ability on MSAN/MSAG, have the MSAN/MSAG equipment maintenance. |
