| ተፈላጊ ችሎታ | • Educational Qualification: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study (Study in Usulu al Fiqh (Rules of Islamic Jurisprudence) & Fiqh al Mu’amalat (Islamic commercial jurisprudence) & related Shariah knowledge. It is also desirable if he/she able to demonstrate an adequate understanding of finance/banking in general & Islamic finance/banking in particular and able to demonstrate an understanding of the legal & regulatory framework. Ability to write and speak in Arabic and/or English. • Experience & Required Skills: 5 year of relevant Work experience /Exposure in the area of Business or Finance specially Interest Free Banking and Finance/ Knowledge of religious teaching, philosophy of Shari’ah principles (Islamic Law) is advantageous. |
