| መግለጫ | Company: SARIA Consultancy P.L.CJob title: Driver IISalary: NegotiableDuties and Responsibilities• Assists in handling of office duties as requested and assigned;• Deliver and collect documents and other correspondences from and to the organizations ;• Assists in managing protocols for customs document clearance;• Greet guests and clients at the airport and facilitate immigration and/ customs formalities as needed;• Support procurement activities such as the collection of quotations, effect payment, and collation of procured items;• Maintain vehicle logs and ensure vehicles are fully equipped with required documents and supplies, including first aid kits and fire extinguishers;• Ensure proper and timely maintenance of assigned vehicles;• Ensure timely and accurate hand over of vehicles whenever required;• Ensure daily regular checks of oil, water, tire, etc are in place and vehicles are in good condition for use;• Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.Interested applicants fulfilling the above requirements can submit their CV and copy of their credentials through our email address info@sariaconsult.com or submit on hand to our office located at Bole Road, OMEDAD Building, 2nd floor, Room #206 (about 150m from Getu Commercial Center to Olympia Round About) |
