ተፈላጊ ችሎታ	- Education: BA/BSC, Degree ACII - Experience: 6 Years of relevant experience of which 2 years as Branch Manager Competencies • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance business • Comprehensive knowledge of monitoring and evaluation technique • Excellent knowledge of company financial policies • Ability to make timely decisions • Ability to effectively coordinate activities to achieve maximum efficiency • Analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
