| ተፈላጊ ችሎታ | - Education: BA Degree in Management/ Accounting Marketing or in related fields - Experience: 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as Claims/Underwriting Officer II Competencies: • Good knowledge of insurance business • Good knowledge of claims Management methods • Good knowledge of company claim policies and procedures • Ability to prepare concise reports • Ability to prepare and analyze bid documents • Analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills |
