ተፈላጊ ችሎታ	Basic Requirements • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields • Minimum of four years (for Master’s) or six years (for Bachelor’s) of relevant human resource experience, and administration with an international organization preferred
