Attitude & Attributes: • Proficiency in Verbal and Written English • Proficiency in standard application Software • Interpersonal Skills • Analytical Skills • Stress tolerance • Integrity & Accountability • Firm belief in team work and gender equity • Sensitivity to issues of safeguarding the vulnerable • Familiarity with NGO environment, the local culture, language & context is Advantageous |
