| ተፈላጊ ችሎታ | Qualification and Experience: • Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Sociology, Social work, and other social Development Studies + 4 years experience or equivalent level of current education policy for Diploma holder and 2 years for Degree holders. Language Ability: • Good communication skills in Gedeuffa, Amharic and English Skills: • Community based development, problem solving, excellent oral and written communication, good report writing skill, networking, and negotiation and lobbing skills. • Motor Bicycle Driving License is a MUST and Computer literacy is advantageous. |
