የትምህርት ደረጃ	Bachelor's
ተፈላጊ ችሎታ	Qualification and experience • Education: B.A. Degree or Secondary Education with specialized certification in Procurement. University Degree in Procurement, Business or Public Administration is desirable. • Experience: Applicants must have at least four years of progressively responsible procurement and administrative experience (seven years with Secondary Education). Experience in the usage of computers, office software packages and advanced knowledge of web based management systems.
