| ተፈላጊ ችሎታ | Job Requirement: • B.Sc. degree in Sanitary/ Mechanical Engineering • A minimum of proven four years experience in high-rise buildings • Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit with at least three years of experience. • A robust knowledge of Building Services Engineering design and excellent knowledge and experience with services co-ordination. • A keenness to drive organizational change, and willingness to train and development existing staff, where applicable. • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to make design decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way • Excellent communication skills • Wider knowledge of other disciplines is highly desirable • Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously |
