የትምህርት ደረጃ	Diploma
ተፈላጊ ችሎታ	• Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Diploma and Certificate from Technical College. • Experience: Minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience For BSc holders, Ten (10) Years’ experience for Diploma holders and Fifteen(15) years of Experience for Certificate Holders in Road Construction and design project
