| ተፈላጊ ችሎታ | Job Specification: • Second/First degree in Disaster Risk Reduction, Early warning, Meteorology and Climate change and 4/6 years related work experience respectively. Other Skills Required: • Proven knowledge and experience on weather and climate information and early warning and community based disaster risk reduction. • Experience in weather and climate information, early warning system and participatory Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction (CBDRR) • Practical experience working in weather and climate information service improvement project, community early warning system and participatory Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction (CBDRR). • Strong capacity building and facilitation skills is an advantage; • Practical knowledge of computer skills. • Ability to work in a challenging environment with a minimum supervision and meeting deadlines without compromising qualities |
