ተፈላጊ ችሎታ	• Qualification: BSc/MSc in Hydraulic/Irrigation/Civil engineering and related fields • Practical work experience and skills: 8 years and above of proven experience in irrigation and water supply construction projects either as a project manager or site engineer. • Proven competence of Afaan Oromoo (written and spoken) is mandatory for applicants for projects in Oromia regions.
