ተፈላጊ ችሎታ	Job Requirement: • BA in sociology/ social work • Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills • Reliable, able to work independently and have the ability to be resourceful and creative. • Have a good skill in both written and spoken English. • Willing to work in all spheres as per the need of the organization. • Good attitudes towards children Experience: 3(three) years’ experience in; • Follow up drop -in center activities • Working with beneficiary children’s family and stakeholders • Report writing
